The City of Phoenix Heat Relief Efforts for 2007 proved to be a tremendous success due to the generous contributions we received from local businesses and non-profit organizations.

Those contributions were the heart of this effort.  For people living on the streets, summer months become more than uncomfortable; they become life-threatening.  The distribution of water, as well as other items, helps to alleviate the effects of our unrelenting summer temperatures. 

Through your generous donations, the City of Phoenix collected and distributed over 108,000 bottles of water, 1,558 containers of sunscreen and 5,298 pairs of socks, underwear and hats to those who are homeless.

Without the support and generosity you've provided, we would not be able to provide this relief throughout the hot summer months.  Thank you for making a difference.

Jenny, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding customer service, talent and assistance you provided during my recent relocation to Arizona.  You were extremely well-prepared, organized, patient and professional.

You took the time to speak with me at length before I even made my first trip to Arizona, paying special attention to my needs and wishes.  I was a first-time homebuyer, and you brought up several important factors and issues that I had not even considered.  Your expertise was invaluable.  I had spoken with a few realtors before meeting you, and had been told it would be difficult to get all the things I wanted while staying in my price range.  You never batted an eye, but instead got to work looking for suitable houses.  You researched our requirements and areas of interest, including schools, proximity to work, and personal factors.  Your familiarity with the Scottsdale/Phoenix area is outstanding! You previewed everything that fit my parameters before I arrived, and weeded out anything undesirable, thus making our "house-hunting" trips very productive.  Every house you showed me would have been acceptable.  But I was lucky enough to find my dream home!

Your ability, talent and skill were evident when it came down to negotiating the final offer on my behalf.  I was surprised and delighted at the closing price.  It was wonderful being in the hands of an expert!

Your follow-through, professionalism, and knowledge of the business are exceptional.  You also possess a generosity of spirit that goes above and beyond anything I ever expected.  When I could not figure out how to turn on the fans in my new house, you sent over your own electrician to sort out the problem.  This attention to detail and tireless effort made my entire experience pleasant, easy and fun!

I have heard similar praise from other DHL colleagues who have used your services, and I will gladly recommend you to anyone looking for a home.  I could not have found a better realtor, and I thank you again for all you did for us - both personally and professionally!

Now that Melodie and I have finalized our purchase of a unit at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel Villas Condominiums, I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent and professional service we have received from you since day one.

I first contacted you in January after I saw your advertisement in one of the golf magazines.  During our conversation, I told you of our attraction to the Arizona Biltmore community in Phoenix.  In February, I was there and Jen Pedersen of your staff showed me some condominiums in the Biltmore neighborhood which were of preliminary interest.

During my next visit in early March, Jen and I saw several units.  Things were very tentative until early May when Melodie and I spent a weekend in the villa condominium in which we had a particular interest.  An offer followed, and today we are the owners of that unit. 

Throughout the process, Jen could not have been more professional and helpful.  Over those months, Melodie and I were very uncertain as to what we would do, if anything, regarding purchasing a condominium at the Biltmore.  Jen was always  proactive and responsive in providing information, getting answers to our many questions, suggesting lenders and insurance agents to contact, continually offering to be of further assistance, and just overall doing a fantastic job.  She always went the extra mile with spirit, charm and grace, and we very much appreciate it. 

Jen was very ably assisted by Stewart Walowitz during the offer phase. Once the offer was ratified, Jessica Sandler took the lead on making sure all of the many details were pulled together.  Jessica handled the process flawlessly. 

Don, I have to date purchased four principal residences and sold three.  I have also purchased and sold one vacation home.  I have worked with many realtors over the course of all those transactions, and I have never had one to go as smoothly and professionally as this one did.

You have quite a team there and I know you must be proud of them, and justifiably so.  In the future, as I hear people mention they are considering purchasing real estate in the Valley, you can bet I will urge them to call Jen.
